Payment Methods

This page explains the payment methods available when shopping with NXT Outlet. Available payment options may vary depending on your country, device, order value, and the payment providers enabled at checkout.

Accepted payment methods

Payment methods shown during checkout are the available options for your order. These may include major debit and credit cards, accelerated checkout methods, and other secure payment services supported by Shopify and our payment providers.

Secure checkout

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers and Shopify checkout. We do not store full card numbers or complete payment credentials on our own systems.

Payment authorization

Your order is processed after payment has been authorized or received. If your payment is declined, cancelled, or not completed, the order may not be confirmed.

Currency

Our store currency is EUR. Prices and checkout totals are displayed in euros unless Shopify or your payment provider shows additional conversion information.

Billing information

Please make sure your billing name, address, email address, and phone number are correct before completing checkout. Incorrect billing or payment details may delay payment authorization or order processing.

Payment issues

If a payment fails, please check that your card details, billing address, available funds, and bank security verification are correct. You may also try another available payment method at checkout.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional processing time before the refund appears on your account.

Fraud prevention

For customer and business protection, some orders may be reviewed before fulfilment. We may contact you if additional verification is needed or if there is a problem with payment authorization.
